In the early 1980’s, after earning a degree in building construction from Michigan State University, Frank Guidobono left the cold weather of his home state and moved south to explore the opportunities on sunny Hilton Head Island. He built one beautiful home after another and, in 1982, Frank launched Cambridge Building and later, Cambridge Homes; today, more then 500 homes later, his company is the leading Residential Design/Build firm not only on the island but in the entire lowcountry and surrounding states.
“Our mission is to custom-build our clients’ dream homes from top quality materials and the highest construction standards in the industry,” says Frank, who serves as president of the company and holds building contractor licenses in South Carolina, Florida, Mississippi, North Carolina and Georgia.
