Oh if these walls could talk! This breathtaking historical landmark was originally built as a rice mill before the Civil War; this structure has been through a lot of changes since. Sherman burned part of it on his march to the sea; and Henry Ford once used it for his laboratory. In the early 1980’s a second floor was added, and it was used as a commercial office space. When the current owners bought it, we were thrilled to have them ask us to restore and remodel it from a box of bricks into the stunning home it is today. With outstanding custom millwork cabinetry and extensive intricate interior trim, there is no corner of this home left untouched. This southern mansion is truly one of a kind.
